1. Introduction

MarketingHub, operated by Chronex Technologies, is committed to protecting your privacy and respecting your right to data deletion. This page provides clear instructions for requesting the deletion of your personal data, your company account data, or any data collected through Facebook/Meta integrations.

This page satisfies Facebook/Meta's requirement for a Data Deletion Instructions URL as part of the Facebook App Review process.

2. What Data Can Be Deleted

You may request deletion of the following types of data:

• Account Data: Your user profile, login credentials, and account settings
• Company Data: Your company profile, company settings, and associated subscription data
• Lead and Campaign Data: Leads, campaign records, follow-up notes, and related activity logs stored under your account
• Facebook/Meta Data: Any lead data fetched from Facebook/Meta Lead Ads, along with associated access tokens, Page IDs, and form configurations stored in our system
• Communication Logs: Email, SMS, or WhatsApp message logs stored within the platform
• Employee Data: Data of team members added under your company account (Company Owner must submit this request)

Please note that certain data (such as payment transaction records and invoices) may need to be retained for legal, financial, or audit purposes even after a deletion request. We will inform you of any such exceptions at the time of your request.

5. Facebook / Meta Data Deletion

If you connected your Facebook/Meta account to MarketingHub and wish to have that data removed:

• You can first disconnect the Facebook integration from your MarketingHub account settings. This will immediately stop any further data fetching from Facebook/Meta.
• To request deletion of Facebook/Meta lead data already stored in MarketingHub, send us a deletion request using the instructions in Section 3 above.
• We will delete all Facebook/Meta access tokens, page connections, and associated lead data upon processing your request.

MarketingHub does not share Facebook/Meta user data with unauthorized parties and uses it solely for lead management functionality within your authorized account. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle Facebook/Meta data.

6. Processing Timeline

If we are unable to delete certain data due to legal retention requirements, we will notify you of what data is retained, the reason, and the expected retention period.
