MarketingHub is a multi-tenant platform that allows businesses ("Company Owners"), their teams ("Company Employees"), and the platform administrator ("Super Admin") to manage leads, campaigns, follow-ups, and subscriptions from one dashboard.

3. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following categories:

3.1 Account and Profile Information

• Full name, email address, phone number
• Company name, company address, and company logo
• Username, password (stored in encrypted form), and profile photo
• Role and permission settings assigned within the platform

3.2 Lead and Campaign Data

• Lead details submitted through Facebook/Meta Lead Ads, Instagram Lead Ads, or other connected marketing integrations
• Lead name, email, phone number, company name, and any custom fields defined in your ad forms
• Campaign names, ad set details, and performance-related metadata fetched via the Meta Marketing API
• Lead status, follow-up notes, task history, and communication logs

3.3 Integration and API Data

• Facebook/Meta access tokens, page IDs, ad account IDs, and form IDs required to connect your Meta account
• WhatsApp Business API credentials and messaging data
• Email and SMS integration credentials and message logs
• Other third-party API credentials provided by the Company Owner

3.4 Payment and Subscription Information

• Subscription plan details, billing cycle, and payment history
• Payment identifiers processed through our payment gateway partner (we do not store full card numbers)
• Invoice records and transaction references

• IP address, browser type, device information, and operating system
• Pages visited, features used, session duration, and activity timestamps

• Fetch, display, and organize leads and campaigns from connected integrations including Facebook/Meta Lead Ads

• Send platform notifications, system alerts, and support responses
• Detect and prevent security incidents, fraud, and unauthorized access
• Improve platform performance, fix bugs, and develop new features

5. Facebook / Meta Data Usage

Specifically, regarding Facebook/Meta data:

• We access your Facebook Pages, Lead Ad Forms, and Lead data only after you explicitly grant permission using Facebook's OAuth authorization flow.
• Lead data fetched from Facebook/Meta is stored in MarketingHub solely for the purpose of managing and following up on those leads within your company's dashboard.
• We do not use Facebook/Meta user data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose outside of the lead management functionality you have authorized.
• We do not transfer Facebook/Meta data to data brokers or analytics companies.
• Access tokens and credentials are stored securely and used only to fetch the data you have authorized.
• You can disconnect your Facebook/Meta integration at any time from within your MarketingHub account settings, which will stop any further data fetching.
• Upon disconnection or account deletion, we will delete your Facebook/Meta access tokens and associated lead data as described in Section 8 (Data Retention).

MarketingHub complies with the Meta Platform Terms and the Meta Privacy Policy. Our use of Facebook/Meta APIs is limited to the permissions approved during the Facebook App Review process.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

6.1 Service Providers

We work with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate the platform. These include:

• Hosting and Infrastructure: Cloud servers and database providers
• Payment Gateway: To process subscription payments securely
• Email and SMS Services: To send platform notifications and support messages
• WhatsApp Business API Providers: To enable WhatsApp communication features
• Analytics Tools: To understand platform performance and usage patterns

All service providers are contractually required to process data only as instructed by us and to maintain appropriate security standards.

6.2 Legal Compliance

6.3 Business Transfers

• Account and profile data is retained for the duration of the active subscription and for a reasonable period after account closure for legal and audit purposes.
• Lead and campaign data is retained as long as the company account is active.
• Facebook/Meta access tokens are deleted promptly upon disconnection of the integration or account deletion.
• Payment records are retained as required by applicable financial and tax laws.
• Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, unless we are required by law to retain certain records.

9. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: You can request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Correction: You can update your account information directly within the platform or request corrections by contacting us.
• Deletion: You can request deletion of your personal data and your account (see Section 10 below).
• Data Portability: You can request your data in a structured, commonly used format.
• Restriction: You can request that we restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances.
• Objection: You can object to certain types of data processing.

Upon receiving your request, Chronex Technologies will:

• Verify your identity to ensure we process the correct data
• Confirm receipt of your request within 5 business days
• Complete the deletion within 30 days of verification
• Send you a confirmation email once the deletion is complete

11. Cookies and Tracking

MarketingHub uses cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve the platform. These include:

MarketingHub is a business-to-business (B2B) platform intended for use by businesses and professionals. It is not directed at or designed for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
